Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-custom, unused items in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made with the order.

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of custom and made-to-order products, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes personalized items, custom label sets, custom card sets, and other made-to-order products.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the unique character of each item.
